By purchasing or using TheyOweYou.ai, you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

Important. TheyOweYou.ai is not a law firm. The reports we generate are educational summaries of publicly available employment law and personal finance practices. They are not legal advice. For advice tailored to your specific situation, consult a qualified employment attorney or licensed financial advisor.

What you are buying

A personalized 30-day plan PDF report. The price is listed at checkout (currently $39). The report is reviewed by a team member before delivery and arrives in your inbox within 24 hours.

What we promise

The report will be personalized to your numbers and your US state.
It will be reviewed by a person before it lands in your inbox.
It will arrive within 24 hours of you submitting the intake form.
If you do not surface at least $500 of leverage from it, we refund you per our refund policy.

What we do not promise

That your employer will agree to anything you ask for. Outcomes depend on your employer's policies, your state, and many factors outside our control.
That the report substitutes for legal counsel. It does not. If your situation is complex, hire an employment attorney.
That every line of the report applies to every reader. We do our best with the data you give us; if something is off, reply to the delivery email and we revise.

Intellectual property

The report is licensed for your personal use. Do not republish, resell, or redistribute it. If you found it useful and want to recommend us, please send people to theyoweyou.co rather than forwarding the PDF.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheyOweYou.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid (currently $39).

Eligibility

The product is currently calibrated to United States employment law. Buyers outside the US can still purchase, but the state-specific PTO and unemployment math will not apply.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the product after a change constitutes acceptance.
