Email hello@theyoweyou.co from the address you used to purchase. Include your Stripe receipt number (it is in the confirmation email) and a one-line explanation. You do not need to justify the refund; the explanation just helps us improve.
Refunds are processed in 1 to 3 business days back to the original payment method.
The plan is calibrated to your specific situation. For most buyers it surfaces at least $500 in additional severance leverage, COBRA savings, WARN Act eligibility, PTO payout, or tax planning. If your situation is unusual and the plan does not net you that much, we believe the refund is fair.
Requests made after the 7-day window. Requests where the buyer never opened the report (we can see whether the email was opened). Chargebacks or disputes that bypass this email process — we will dispute those because the refund process here is faster and easier.
If something in your plan does not match your situation, reply to your delivery email with the discrepancy. We revise within 24 hours, no charge. Often this is the better outcome than a refund.
